1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the basis for the operation of the bmw33 platform and all services under it. When a user creates an account, logs in, or uses any service, they are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply equally to all users — whether registered members or not. Accessing the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 Priority

If a specific promotion or bonus has its own separate terms, those terms shall serve as a supplement to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the terms of the specific promotion shall take precedence.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to participate in any casino or betting activity on bmw33. Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be fully truthful and accurate. Users may be asked to submit a copy of their National ID or passport for identity verification (KYC) at a later stage.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Residents of countries where online gaming is legally prohibited are not eligible to use bmw33's services. It is the user's own responsibility to confirm that using this service is lawful in their location.

3 Account Security

A user's login credentials — username and password — are strictly personal and must not be disclosed. The user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login details with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, contact customer support immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device to end your session.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bmw33 is ৳100. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits must be sent only from an account owned by the user.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.3 Identity Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, bmw33 reserves the right to verify the user's identity. A National ID card, mobile banking statement, or other documents may be required.

4.4 Restrictions

Funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent activity or in violation of bonus terms will not be eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bmw33 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: if a user deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, they must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Policy

• Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• If any manipulation of bonus usage is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• bmw33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

The bmw33 VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit — from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week.

6 Betting and Casino Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance Terms

bmw33 reserves the right to process registered bets. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Cancellation and Changes

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded. If an event starts before its scheduled time, bmw33 reserves the right to review the bet.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. Each game has its own rules and RTP. If a technical error causes an abnormal result in a game, that round may be declared void.

6.4 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's and server's decisions are final. A disconnection recovery mechanism is in place, but bmw33's relevant guidelines must be followed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bmw33 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Selling, renting, or transferring an account to another person.
• Using deliberate betting strategies to accumulate bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Playing games using software bots or automated methods.
• Attempting to introduce hacking tools, viruses, or malicious code to the platform.
• Using an account for money laundering.
• Attempting to influence outcomes through collusion with other users.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour towards platform staff.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 By bmw33

In cases of terms violations, suspicious activity, or security risks, bmw33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. The user will be informed of the reason for closure afterwards.

8.2 By the User

A user may close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Eligible balances can be withdrawn before closure.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An inactivity charge may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months). bmw33 will notify the user in advance via email or message.

9 Responsible Gaming

bmw33 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. For this reason, the platform provides deposit limits, session time limits, and a self-exclusion feature.

11 Dispute Resolution

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not agree to the new Terms are advised to close their account.

The latest version of these Terms is effective from January 2025. All previous versions are considered null and void.
